Order Proces

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to you. Our goal is to process orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on the same working day. However, for orders placed after 15:00 (CET), processing will take place on the next business day. It is important to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. Any costs incurred due to address mistakes will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we cannot be held accountable for any lost packages.

Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you’ve received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all original tags still attached. 

To return your item(s) please email arcisclothing@gmail.com with your name used for ordering, your order number and why you want to return

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To facilitate the return process, write your order number on the box. If you are returning an item from outside The Netherlands, please clearly label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any customs charges. It is important to note that Arcis holds no responsibility for customs charges incurred or any lost packages during the return process.
